eurobike

after a 2 hour ride from zurich hauptbanhoff on a tour bus with very random and older crowd, i got to Friedrichshafen for the eurobike expo.

seems that europeans are quite fond of their plastic (carbon) bicycles. the first booth i came to, and one of the best, was the Tange booth. these guys from Japan are still living (and showcasing) the Keirin dream.

sweet, sweet steel is all i can say. the italians had some nice wheels as well

Hispania, a new outfit from a great guy whose been in the industry for a while and decided to make his own frames. We talked at length about his speeding ticket back in Flagstaff in the early 90's. He said his company was about 4 days old and doesn't have a website yet.

Viva bikes also stole the show...

had some serious cross envy with the new bikes. wished the crosscheck was with me here in suisse.

new crosscheck color for '11

new surly troll. Darin is going to want one of these...

You know how i know you're gay?
